Refund & Cancellation Policy

At PingoKids, we strive to provide the best digital reading experience for your children. Please read our policy carefully before subscribing.

1. Digital Goods Nature

Our services (flipbooks, stories, worksheets) are digital products that are instantly accessible upon payment. Therefore, unlike physical goods, they cannot be “returned.”

2. Refund Eligibility

We generally do not offer refunds for monthly subscriptions once the payment has been processed and you have accessed the content.

However, we understand that technical issues happen. We MAY offer a refund within 7 days of purchase ONLY in the following cases:

  • Technical Error: You paid but could not access the stories due to a fault on our website.

  • Double Charge: You were accidentally billed twice for the same month.

Note: We do not refund for “change of mind” or “forgot to cancel” reasons.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Account Dashboard.

  • Once cancelled, you will not be billed for the next month.

  • You will continue to have access to PingoKids until the end of your current billing period.

We review all requests within 24-48 hours.
